Daily question limits reset at midnight in your local time. Attempting to circumvent usage limits by creating multiple accounts or manipulating browser storage is a violation of these Terms.
Paid plans provide access to premium features including unlimited AI questions, Portfolio Builder, Mock Interview, and Excel template downloads.
Billing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at the time of purchase.
Access periods:
No automatic renewals: Plans do not auto-renew. You will need to repurchase when your access period expires.
Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access to content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve it or offer an extension.

The ExcelCoach AI platform, including its design, branding, code, and non-AI-generated content, is owned by ExcelCoach AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform's design, layout, or proprietary features without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Paid access that has already been granted will remain available for the remainder of the paid period unless terminated for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and then through binding arbitration if necessary.
